I have written about program of REAL HOSTEL WORK, so it is the time of experience it. YAYYYY !!! I was accepted to the program of hostel work at reception desk in Esquel and the scholarship of REAL BLOGGERS. It is an exciting process because of options to go preferred location locations, what kind of hostel works you want to do, publication of your blog opportunity at www.realhostelwork.com and interview with employer for REAL travel job on skype.

First of all, I have thought about which cities and countries I wanted to travel. Yep, I have been in different cities in Argentina as a backpacker, I have never been in Patagonia. Thus I have filled application form and a letter consisting about 250 words I have written about why I want to work South America in this way. Then I have informed vacancy which meet my ability. I have read hostel reviews in different platforms and content of jobs that my advisor sent me. The program is founded by backpackers, you can contact if you need further information for these jobs’ prerequisities, cheaper travel options, visa and scholarship so that we are on the same “travel” boat. The process is really simply after that, you need to choose from many destination – job offers. It would be hospitality, sports admin, communication, reception, cook, marketing, tourism offers or combination of them which are we wish to work as a dream job that gives us working and living with the locals, gaining international experience, and practicing your conversational Spanish skills and maybe other languages.

Secondly, I have found a perfect option to travel, do sports and speak Spanish more. My hostel is located on city center of Esquel and includes different options to go for a walk or cycle in a beautiful city, trekking on many areas incluiding one of the top ones is called “Los Alerces”, rafting and boating, camping, climbing, fly fishing, canopy all year and wintersports on La Hoya in winter. Here is really cheap, in safe and beautiful for travelling, after I have been robbed when I was travelling in other areas. We are backpackers so we need to discover cities in cheap and independent ways. Thereafter Andrea, my advisor, gave me contact information of my possible employer to have interview that is so important to understand my new job responsibilities and meet my new colleagues. If you are fluent in speaking English and intermediate level in Spanish, you will be accepting and within few days you will be informed about sign your contracts, terms and conditions. If you are blogger, photo blogger or V-blogger you should apply for scholarship program as well. The scholarship includes program fee and your blog support if you have confusion, how you need to write efficiently at least once a week. It is so funny. Me encanta During the program you have a good CV and the most important one is amazing experiences.

Then I want to tell my first impression. I fell in love with nature when I was travelling by bus. There are different areas to travel but hostels are expensive and they are not in the city. Esquel is perfect option to go for a walk or travel to everywhere in the same day. If you want you will find delivery food service or just after 40 minutes you will eat them on virgin nature before visiting ice tunnel or getting train travel in history experience. The last but not least one I like the hostel. I am working on Esquel Planeta Hostel. The hostel is owned and managed by young traveller couple, friendly colleagues.

It is my first week, I have hosted in a good atmosphere to learn different abilities to communicate guests, work with them at reception desk. After arriving to my hostel which we met before on mail and skype, I was informed city and hostel amenities.

At the end of my first week, I got a chance for good communications with other backpackers, operating a hostel experience, working with some tourism agents. It is a good job to get language abilities in Spanish as well. But it is 3 months program so I will write cheap Patagonia backpack on my subsequent posts. Chau chicos, I want to participate chit chat in spanish which I heard laughing.
